How much is the rate per stay?

- DAY TOUR (8:00am - 5:00pm)

How do I confirm my reservation?

50% down payment is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least one day before check-in.

Is the payment refundable if I cancel?

All payments are non-refundable, but free rebooking is allowed if you notify us at least 15 days before your scheduled arrival.

Is there a security deposit required?

Yes. ₱2,000 refundable security deposit is collected upon check-in for Overnight stay and ₱1,000 for Day tour/Night Tour. This will be returned during check-out after inspection.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is at 8:00 AM and Check-out is at 5:00 PM

Night Tour

Check-in is at 7:00 PM and Check-out is at 6:00 AM

Overnight Stay

Check-in is at 2:00 PM and Check-out is at 12:00 NN the next day.

How many guests can the resort accommodate?

We can accommodate up to 20pax. Kids below 4 y/o can stay for FREE (max. up to 3 kids ONLY) but no additional mattress will be provided. Please follow the assigned room capacities provided upon confirmation.

Can we bring extra visitors who aren’t part of the booking?

No. Only registered guests are allowed inside the resort. Undeclared visitors are strictly not allowed within the premises and may result in penalties.

Are pets allowed?

No. We do not allow pets on the property.

Is smoking allowed inside the resort?

Smoking is not allowed indoors, but there are designated smoking areas outside.

Are parties or events allowed?

Yes, but they must be approved in advance by our team. Additional fees may apply depending on the setup or number of guests.

What are your quiet hours?

Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

What happens if we damage something?

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss incurred during their stay. Please report any incidents to the Resident Manager.

Is the resort liable for lost items?

The resort is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings. We recommend securing valuables at all times.

What are the pool rules?

For everyone's safety:
– No diving
– Swim at your own risk
– Children must be supervised at all times
– No food or glass containers in the pool area

Is the resort secure?

Yes. The resort is equipped with CCTV cameras in public areas and a Resident Manager on-site to assist during your stay.

Do you charge a cleaning fee?

We strictly implement a Clean-As-You-Go policy at the resort. Guests must ensure that no leftover food is left in the fridge, and that all used dishes, utensils and kitchenware are washed and returned to their proper place before checkout. Stains on beddings must also be avoided. Failure to follow any part of this policy will result in a ₱500 cleaning fee, deducted from the security deposit.
